Not necessarily depends howdeep the needle went and the wound would only bleed ifablood vessel had ruptured-youve probably had injections where the nurse has done it soquickly you didnt feel it and there was no blood.I suspect youre worrying abour blood borne diseases ie hepatitis and hiv infection.Highly unlikely but the best way to put your mind at rest is to go to a clinic and have blood tests

the prescence of blood depends on the gauge (size) of the needle. if you are serious and you think you have been punctured, especially in a nightclub, get yourself to the doctor IMMEDIATELY.

best case scenario, you were accidentally stuck by a zoned out druggie who was the only one who used the needle and had no communicable diseases.

worst case scenario, this was an attack by a crazy who was HIV positive and intended to spread the disease to others- in which case you may not have been the only victim of the night.

Even if you have no signs or symptoms, you still need to get checked by a doctor and get lab work done b/c you may still be a carrier for the disease even if you suffer no outward symptoms. i imagine you are terrified- i know i would be. but it is more important that you know just exactly what you are facing b/c you may be able to recieve better treatment and prevent the spread of anything you might have contracted to others.

did you see the person? have you filed a police report? b/c this could be considered assault on the part of the individual who stuck you.

Have a look at the shirt, if you were attacked with a needle it would show if they stabbed you with the needle...

also if they did, puncture your skin, have a test
