actually i need advice on how to get over my ex-gf.....i find its best to just move on and as time passes things will be ok.....you need to get rid of everything that reminds you of him, such as anything he gave you etc.......you also should get some goals in life and become successful, then you can actually say to yourself i did it, this will help you in the future as well.......i'm now looking for a new gf......how old are you lol

Do you need a bf to feel ok with yourself? If you do, don't expect any to hang around long.
To get over your ex. forgive him for his shortcomings, thank him for teaching you what to avoid in the future, and be grateful that he has become somebody else's problem now.
Don't expect others to make you happy. No one wants that kind of responsibility. Get happy with yourself and others will want to share that with you.
Don't be needy or desperate. Desperation is unattractive and neediness sucks the life out of people.
Be happy to be single and available. Avoid exclusive relationships. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Guys treat you so much better if they know they have competition. If you give 100% of yourself to a guy (whom you are not 100% sure of his feelings for you) then you will likely be setting yourself up for pain. Create a "A-list, B-list, adnd C-list" in your little black book. Trust me, this is fun,, but keep it to yourself.
Don't expect guys to return your feelings by dumping them on him. Feelings scare guys who are unsure of theirs. Don't put out to get or keep a guy. Don't open up too soon, do it at his pace. Don't give more that he does.
Avoid those who show spite in their actions (towards other people) and avoid those who's actions don't match what they say. Avoid guys who try to tell/show you how great they are.
Master a skill, talent, or ability that consumes a lot of your attention. Accomplishing things builds you back up. Plus, it makes you more interesting, and you have something more that's cool about you that you can share.....
Look for guys who show empathy. that is a very attractive quality to have. They care and try to understand a day in someone else's shoes. How cool is that?

Go to www.myspace.com and you can search for people in your area. ITS COMPLETELY FREE!!! Chatting/ msging/ commenting... EVERYTHING.. and you can search for people with similar interests. Its DEF worth it. I've met over 40 people this year alone. Have fun. Good luck!
