however i closed yahoo mssener or internet explorer its giving me these types error messages "The instruction at "0x1c001512" referenced memory at "0x01830010". The memory could not be read " this message showing..what should i do.

you can use Memory Diagnostic Tool to check your RAM for defects downloadable from http://www.microsoft.com
these errors does not necessarily indicate that there is a problem with your RAM.
sometimes a buggy program can cause that.

Either you need more memory or its corupt. go to your computers preferences and check to see if low memory is your problem. Only thing I don't recommend is the geek squad at best buy I wasted too much gas because they were wrong so many times.

shut the computer down open your pc take out the RAM for 30 seconds put it back in and boot up
