and sort of vulnerable how can i get her to open up to me i really really like her and want her to trust me

I'm also very very shy and vulnerable, and my bf had the same problem. What you need to do to open her up is introduce her to your friends. Instead of staying in for a night, go out.. public places so you can get used to being together with other people.
Introduce her to your friends. Is she into partying? Because I wasn't I was way too shy, but my bf took me to parties and got me to relax. I met a bunch of people and they all made me feel really comfortable.
Also do group things with her and other people or couples. Be honest with her and dont' be embarressed to talk about anything. Let her know how important to you being open to each other is. Do these things and trust me she won't feel the need to be as shy.

thats gonna take some time, the best thing you can do is just make her feel comfortable around you, and she will eventually come around, and dont be afraid to talk to her about it

Tell her something that's hard for you to say...then she will realize that she can talk to you about anything too

takes time...as long as you are true and genuine to her, she will feel it and will eventually open up to you.

she will over time....just hang out with her alot...but dont be pushy with the conversation
