I'm not over 50, but almost. The answer to your question is NO. I also read a study (Life Extension Foundation) that stated today's fruits and vegetables are lacking by up to 50% in the vitamins and minerals they once had! Corporate think in terms of mass production, storage and shipping. The look is important, not the actual quality.

The same thing is happening to people.

I am only 34, but I wanna say yes. Some of the stuff we would get, like cereal, when I was a little one in the '70's, was really not as good as it is now. And Doritos barely had any cheese on them.

I would have to say yes...since the dicovery that the pesticides being used on grown food in the past was slowly killing us. Today, more food is grown organically.

I dont think so.
Food is so processed nowadays, not to mention the hormones added to meats and the chemicals added to produce. Organic is always better but much more expensive. :(
