She was spayed about a month ago, we just adopted her a week ago. The hairless area around her nipples has just developed small, pimple-like bumps that are yellowish (pus?) in colour. Not around the stitch, but all over the hairless area on her stomach. There are alot of them, maybe 20.
She has a vet appointment tomorrow but I am curious in the meantime if anyone might know what this is.

She may have a skin infection or a skin allergy from being shaved. Usually a simple antibiotic will take care of the problem. If she is itchy, let your vet know so that he can prescribe something to keep her from irritating the area further.

It's probably staph infection. Go to the vet right away.
