Check with your pharmacist to be sure, but I would recommend that you use a product containing the following:

Pseudoephederine-- to temporarily relieve sinus pain/pressure
(Depending on what state you live in, your laws may require you to present a valid ID in order to purchase & limit the amount you can buy)

Ibuprofen (Aleve)-- to reduce the headache
or
Acetametaphine (Tylenol)-- to reduce the headache

Other, non-pharmaceutical, ideas you can try:

A hot bath, eating hot/spicy foods, laying a hot rag over your sinuses, or sometimes you must resort to a good old fashion nap! Good Luck

Sinutab..........it will open up the sinus cavities and relieve the pressure in your head. Sinutab is also awesome for those who experience pressure when landing from flying...my husband who is a frequent traveller used to experience terrible pain on landing........he doesnt anymore...takes sinutab an hour or two before landing....no pain! Hope this helps.............L.Butler

Mucinex. You can get it over the counter. It thins the mucus so your sinuses can drain, thus relieving the headache. Also, try ibuprofin for now. Take a hot steamy shower and let the water run on your forehead.
