Food high in protein (if you don't like red meat, fish is excellent for protein), beans, lentils, along with fresh fruits and vegetables (lots of salad.) Drink water, fruit and vegetable juices, fresh NOT canned - fresh have easily digested natural sugars, canned have all natural sugars replaced by refined sugars)
If you have to sweeten your coffee/tea (as I do) use honey instead of sugar (white death) or chemical laced artificial sweeteners. Oh and never fall for the BS that brown sugar is "unrefined" sugar and is better for you. It is just refined white sugar with brown molasses added!)
Absolutely stay away from breads, potatoes, rice, pasta, all other carbohydrates, ANYTHING with refined sugar in it, all pops and sodas, ALL desserts, milk, creams, yogurts, etc., cooking oils, margarine, ALL JUNK FOOD - ( it not only makes you FAT REAL FAST, IT ALSO KILLS YOU!)
If you must, a little bread or rice in small quantities. And use only good olive oil or real butter in moderate quantities. NEVER USE MARGARINE OR VEGETABLE OILS, EVER! (Just remember if you don't want to BE fat, DON'T eat it!)
The real key is EXERCISE! Even as little as walking a half hour per day, and almost anyone can do even that! You have to "burn" the fat off. That means that you have to build up the "fat-burning" muscles of the body. Have some patience, (most idiots have been fat for years and they want to lose it all in 5 days!)
If you change your diet to increase body building protein and eliminate harmful fats and sugars, and a half hour of simple exercise every single day, why, in a couple of weeks or a month you will see a big change. (As well as having a LOT more energy!)
