His family are all very upset, she is ok just in hospital with concusion and didnt know it was may as her sight is poor. Iam worried that i might get in trouble if i own up. What can i do 2 ease my consiouss. B4 u say it... i know i was wrong and regret it

Yes it was wrong - but you could put things right by owning up to what you did and dealing with the consequences.
Its very likely you will be in trouble, both with the police and with your friend and his family. But if you want to ease your concious, and to be able to move on in life without guilt, then do the right thing and go to the police.
You say this lady is "just" in hospital with concussion - you have to know it will be much worse than that for her, beyond the physical. She will be traumatised and frightened, which may stay with her for a very long time, especially if she has sight problems.
Can you live with the knowledge you did that to her?
Do the right thing.

I love the way you say "she is okay in hospital with concussion," have you ever suffered with concusion to know what it feels like?

If she dies as a result of the attack, you're facing a murder charge.
Just to let you know that merely regretting the attack is not going to be enough. You might as well own up and do the time, because if you come up and confess before the cops track you down - and they will, I can guarantee it - they might, and I say might, not will, talk to the judge about a plea for leniency.
Othewrise, you're twisting in the wind. Get a brief and go talk to the cops. Now.

Sneak into her hospital room as quietly as you can and lie under her bed. She won't see you due to her impaired sight. Whisper in a holy voice that you are God, and you are sorry, you told that goddamned angel it wasn't her time, but he was so slap-happy with that brick... but anyway, you've saved her, and that she must go to church to say thank you. If you're a real sicko you could tell her to donate all her possessions to her grandson and his friends...
