I used to be in the same situation so I know its not easy to deal with. It takes time. First you have to love youself and as time goes by you'll finally realize its not worth feeling pain anymore.
You'll actually want to thank the person that hurt you because you'll become a stronger person.
Prayer works also. Just ask the Lord to help you get over this.

It hurts so bad because in the back of your mind you probably have a lot of what if's. Like what if things could have been good. And there is the attachment and bond you have with the person. You have to deal with the pain. Mourn the loss, get over it and go out and get on with life because the person you were involved with obviously isnt the one you were meant to be with (as much as you may have thought they were) and there is someone out there who you were meant to be with and who will treat you as you deserve.

it hurts because u trusted them and felt secure w/ them. now all of a sudden that comes to a halt. what do you do with all those feelings? since i don't know what it is (boyfriend breaking up with you, best friend betraying you, etc.) i really cant give you that much advice, only that hopefully you use this as a learning experience for your life. get to know a person before you give them all your trust, and just take it one day at a time; meaning, if you really hurt, let time help you heal. don't try and drown your pain with drugs, alcohol or look for revenge. just try your best to live your life without that person.

Okay, this will sound totally odd, but this is how I dealt with my horrible breakups. I work out every time I think about him. If I keep thinking about him while I work out... I just work out longer. It's odd because I use to be really heavy, now I'm a size seven, guys hit on me all the time, it's a great way to be out there with other people. Some times I still think about him, and I still jump on my bike or put the leash on my dog, it gets easier, eventually with time.

As i can see u really did care for this guy. U need to realize that he doesn't love u and that means he didn't feel the same way for u. I would get rid of everything that would remind u of him and hang with ur friends. Maybe u will find a different guy.

I don't think there is any pain involved in being **** on. It's just kinda disgusting and messy, but my advise would be to clean it off with some antibacterial soap, and then move on to your next partner.

One minute at a time. Realize that it's their loss and it's better by far to find out now that they are "leavers" than later. Pick yourself up and go day by day. The pain will lessen, but unfortunately, it takes time.
