i had my hair cut from a friend going to beauty school. i would like to go back to my regular stylist, who i have been going to for about 2 years. should i tell my regular stylist i had someone else cut my hair?

Uh yeah, and you might want to tell your friend so she doesn't cut any body elses hair until she gets a little more training!?!

I doubt she will be offended but she will probably be able to tell that your cut is different. Don't worry about it at all, just go where you like. Your regular stylist will be happy for the business

Your regular stylist will probably already know. But if you think it is significant for what ever style you are about to get then tell her. I'm sure her feelings wont be hurt or anything.

Since they've been cutting your hair for 2 years I'm sure they will be able to tell that you had it cut somehwere else. Since you're going back to them, I'm sure they can't be too offended that you went somewhere else!! But if they ask just say yes, you had a friend from beauty school do it as a favor to her for practice. No big deal!

i dont think your regular stylist would care as long as you imply that you were doing your friend a favor and that you were her guinea pig. i also think it might make your regular stylist happy that even though your friend can do it now, you still chose her instead!

Yes, your stylist will know anyway (trust me!) Just tell them your good friend is in school and wanted to practice on you. As long as you went back to them they won't be upset.

bring it up..."ya, i let a friend of mine in beauty school cut my hair..." that way you reg. stylist knows you didn't "betry" them, you were just doing a favour for a friend, those hairstylists can be strange lot.

Sure , only isf they ask. Just say you wanted to expirment and that the girl who cut your hair was going to bueatuy schooland was your friend they probably woin't care. They'll just be glad to have you back!:)
