I was working in a hospital 2 days ago and one of the nurse`s came up to me and said that her collegue said she thought i was cute. I tried to get a chance to talk to her but could never catch up with her after i was told. So I passed my mobile number to the nurse who had told me and told her to pass it on and that I`d like to take her out sometime, she passed on the message and said that she was gonna txt me later. I`ve heard nothing and i`m a bit gutted because she seemed nice

Well since you didn't actually have personal contact with her she is probably a little embarrassed to call or text. You know the whole her friend told you and you gave the friend the number and then the friend gave the number to her type thing. She probably doesn't want to seem forward. She had to have a friend tell you she thought you were cute instead of telling you herself. She probably isn't going to feel real comfortable calling or texting a number from a guy who gave the information through that friend. It doesn't mean she is not interested she is just nervous and doesn't know what to say. If it is possible I would get in direct contact with her. That way she doesn't have to try to think of something to say.

Dude! If you like her then go back to the hospital, with flowers - and tell that she made a real impression on you and you had to come and ask her out.
Even if she rejects you you'll have made her feel good about herself and improved your confidence.

sadly i think she may not really be interested in going out with you - though him sure you're a great person.
sometimes girls can think someone cute but they dont actually want to be with them. after all there is no harm in looking

well since you know where she works why not go visit her.
shes got to have a lunch hour so go have a talk with her during that time. no harm done if she is not interested anymore fine let it go then.

if she did not call u, then call her! If she does not call you back it is fine she may be busy! She may be waiting for you to call! if you see her around talk and at the end of the conversation tell her to call you sometime.
