Each time you see "no sugar added", pay closer attention. They add sweeteners like nutrasweet, splenda and the works. These are worse than sugar. At least sugar grows in the fields, these sweeteners are manufactured in the factory and guess what, they contain deadly chemicals. You can google "aspartame" which is a main ingredient in most sweeteners and read its contribution to cancer. Stay away from "unsweetened". Better still, buy a citrus juicer for about $15 and make your own each day. You'll love it.

Unsweetened juices still contain natural sugars, which are in high amounts naturally. When a juice is sweetened, it is also loaded with additives, which dilute the natural juice and sweeteners are added that have high sweetness, but low actual sugar content.

I do not know if that is true. However if you research the matter and find out, it would be interesting to know why. I will certainly revisit the page and see what contributions others make.
