Does anybody know of a snowy wedding venue?

I'm looking to get married in January or February. In Texas. Now, I know what you're thinking. "It doesn't snow in texas". Ah, but it does. In the panhandle, every year. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any nice wedding venues in the panhandle, and the months that it's most likely to snow.
