if you use those everyday on job,does it really matter to change it?i'm talking about sport shoes or casual shoes.Is that ture if we don't change it it affect bad on your foot.

Yes and no.

If you do a lot of impact work like jogging or running, these shoes should be changed every six months or so. It can go longer if you don't use them often, of course.

The reason is that the rubber compunds and the plastic support systems in the sole that absorb impact start to break down over time. Eventually, the shoe is not really protecting your foot. Remember, even a 100 pound person put thousends of pound of pressure on their leg and foot every time they step when jogging.

A couple times a year you should change the cusion in the shoes. It wears out.

Also you should wear any pair of shoe all day every day as that will harm your feet. Instead wear them to work then go home and go in socks or a different pair of working shoes for tasks around home.

you need to change them at least twice a year. out company gives us shoe allowance to purchase new gear for our feet.
