My friend says yes, but i dont believe her b/c i thought pee had salt in it and it would be like dringking salt water and u would get more thirsty and die sooner.

If you mean do or die yes you can at it will help. It does have some salt not as much as ocean water though. As it gets more concentrated it will be less affective.
