I agree with MediaHoney - If you are too lazy to exersize or bathe and find your self spending hours infront of the TV and in bed or on the couch, then it could be you are depressed - VERY depressed and you need to get yourself some help - get yourself into the car - or call a NURSES help line - some one to talk to - you are not too lazy to get to the computer - I am in the recovery stages of (if you want to call it that) I will be bipolar my whole life - but I went thorugh a severe bout of depression and had several manic phases last year that finally triggered my parents and husband to get me HELP! Hopefully there is someone in your life who can get you to a place and into therapy that can help you out of your FUNK and into some talk and drug therapy that can get you back into the swing of things... GOOD LUCK!

That's often a sign of depression. You need to determine what the root of the issue is. Laziness is often a symptom, not the actual problem.

That's gross.

If you are just lazy that's your own fault. If you really feel tired all the time you should have your doctor do a blood test for TSH (thyroid hormone) to see if you have hypothyroidism. Medication can be prescribed to correct that problem.

I've found that not sitting in my usual spot helps. I dont feel as comfortable and get off my butt more.
