pure sugar( regular) is more healthy.. If u use it wisely. You will be fine. BUt Low calorie sweetener is not healthy and its a fake sugar. Im eating meals of 1200-1500 calories a day.. I still use sugar but in a reasonable way... I dont use ANY FAKE SUGARS!

Regualr sugar...that splenda stuff i read in readers digest that its actually really bad for your health because they have to like bleach the calories out or something like that. I dont remember it all too well...but i do remember it stating that it is INDEED bad for you.
