there's a song from the Singer "Luis Miguel" the name is Pensando en Ti. It's a romanthic song, you should play it to your soulmate

"Thinking of you" literal translation is "pensando en ti". But if you want to write it on a card, you can also say "recordándote". Even when you would be using a different verb "recordar" (to remember), it would have the same meaning in this case.
