Sometimes my cat will go in the bathroom, jump up in the sink and start yelling. When I go in there to see what she wants she just sits there and looks at me. I leave the bathroom, she starts yelling again, I go back in the bathroom and she stops...Why do you think she might be doing this?

I could agree with the other responses and say she wants water, but you didn't say anything about whether or not you turn on the faucet for her. My cats do the same thing. They just want attention. I used to keep their food bowls in the bathroom and everytime I would go in there, they thought it was feeding time, so now its just a habit. Perhaps, this is a similar situation for you.

I have had cats do this. Try and leave a drip in the sink and see if she starts to drink out of it. Mine use to love to drink drops from the spout.

She wants water..my cats go to the bathroom after we take showers just to play in the water....crazy kitties...

One of my cats do this because he likes to hear himself and the echo in the bathtub. The other cat does this because she wants to play in the water in the sink.
One of my cat constantly meows, I believe he is just mouthy like my husband. :o) (and he might be part Siamese)

She could be thirsty...Or maybe you have been doing something fun in the bathroom...Playing with her fav.toy in there while getting ready?? She might want that...

She either wants your attention or she's smelling the fresh water from the sink and is thirsty!

it sounds like she is thirsty - check out her water bowl and refresh it twice a day to be sure
cats like the great outside tho and a nice dirty puddle can often provide them with a preferred waterhole even when they are given fresh tap water as an alternative

she prolly just wants ur attention like a little baby when a baby wants ur attention they cry its pretty much the same thing but about the sink maybe ur cats crazy like mine lol!!!!
