I've noticed that everytime I drink a Pepsi late at night, I can't seem to fall asleep to easily, but I don't have that same problem when I drink Coke. Does this mean that Pepsi has more caffeine that Coke?? It has happened to me a lot of time...

I'm not absolutely positive but I think Coke has a slight bit more caffeine and Pepsi has more sugar. In Sprite and 7up they put extra sugar in to compensate for the lack of caffeine so if you drink it on an empty stomach it gives you a kick start similar to caffeine. When I used to drink soda (the only kind I drink now is root beer) I noticed that Pepsi is thicker, which is why I'm saying that it has more sugar.

Different value of soda can had different effect on a person. Like you say, " if you drink Pepsi it make it hard to sleep, but with coke you fall asleep easy." Pepsi have bout 27% caffeine as coke have 24% caffeine. It just depend on the type of person and how caffeine effect them.

If you drink caffeinated soda, choose the smallest size rather than the increasingly common 20-ounce bottles, and avoid 32-, 42-, and 64-ounce "super sized."

Pepsi seems harsher - when I drink it, which is rare, it burns all the way down my throat - I don't get that with Coke so I'd be inclined to say Pepsi has more caffeine. But they're both probably close.

Some people take caffeine differently I know that it keeps me up, but my mother takes caffeine to fall asleep. You might wanna go for the one that does what you want to get done rather than what the labeling on the can says.
