Egg whites are protien and they like to stick stuff together. When you boil your eggs, add 1/4 cup of vinegar to the water- it will soften the shell and make them easier to peel.

Your eggs are probably too fresh. The older the egg the easier the shell will come off. Eggs that are about 2 weeks old are really easy to peel.

I find that it's better to keep the eggs in warm rather than cold water after they are boiled. The shells seem to come off easier that way. Give it a try.
