It works great if you'd rather flirt with acute alcoholism than suffer a hangover.

The trouble with dog-hair is, sooner or later you're going to pay the piper. And the longer you put it off, the worse it's going to be.

If you have a little hangover now, so you put a little more alcohol in there, what do you think you'll have pretty soon?

Gut cramps, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea... maybe a DUI or other arrest. At least in jail or at the hospital, you're going to sober up.

At any rate, you're better off paying now than paying a 20% interest fee for each additional drink, plus your original 100%. Hair of the Dog is a really sh!tty credit card.

That hangover doesn't seem all that bad once you've seen it through. But that mega-hangover is a real MF.

Hangovers are nature's way of telling you had a little too much.

am not a big drinker, but on the rare occasion i have had too many, i do find hair of the dog works well! also drinking a mixture of water, salt and sugar solution helps to balance the electrolytes, so that alongside the alcoholic drink and you are sorted!

It works because you avoid the hangover by staying drunk. If you have a 'stiff' drink and then come out of you drunkenness slowly you can avoid all the ill effects - or at least, you won't notice them quite so much. Not to be recommended, though.

I don't think so - it basically puts off the hangover, not cures it!! You'd feel better for a while but the hangover would come later! I'd rather get it over and done with really!!

No, sorry your hangover is caused by dehydration of your brain. The pain is your brain trying to get back to its correct size. Drink plenty of water while you are out drinking alchohol.

I've been sober for a number of years but will tell you that while I was a very active drunk it did work for me on many occassions.
