Ohhh Fall is my fave too!!! I bake A LOT!!! I make cookies in the shape of leaves, and then lightly brush diff food coloring on them so they look like autumn leaves for real. And just being out side walking is great. Rake leaves, and then jump in them. Even if you read or something, do it outside that will help!

One of my favortie things is to get some apple cider and cinnamon doughnuts then go for a walk along a wooded nature trail. Shuffling through the leaves and stopping along the way for a snack. Of course that really depends on where you live. Michigan is good for this activity, New Mexico, probably not so good.

Going to the local cider mill and watching thm make cider. Baking apple pies and making clam chowder and clam cakes. I like going into the woods and just strolling though the leaves and sometimes pack a nice picnic lunch of cheese, bread, fruit and wine with some chutney or mustards.
I love the fall weather!

don't wait until fall.... get out now in the summer time... you actually get vitamin D, and lithium(which helps with depression) from the sun... anyway, the best time to get out in it in the fall is sunrise or sunset, because the sun is dim enough that you can look more at it (not directly at it though). anyway also in the fall and winter, you can lay on a tanning bed, and that helps... just a few minutes a week here and there.... try it and see if it helps.

Watching Alabama football in Tuscaloosa on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

That, and harvesting deer and other animals for my dinner table.
