My friend likes this guy and she wants to ask him out. But there is another guy that is totaly better for her. What should i do.

Break it down and tell her that the guy she is with is not up to her standards and introduce her to the interested guy. If that doesn't work, do not interfere anymore and just let her learn for herself.

Maybe what you want to do is set up some sort of date... like tell her that you and some friends are going out to a movie and you dont show but he does... i have done that with a friend before and she is still with him!

You can't no matter how much you want her to date this other guy. you can't make her. She will have to do it on her own.
