The prophet Daniel had a vision of heaven in which he saw well over 100 million spirit creatures before Gods throne, but there is no indication that he saw the entire angelic creation. (Daniel 7:10) So there may be hundreds of millions of angels.
As for how many angels rebelled, the bible does not state.

revelation of Jesus christ 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
there was war in heaven but below is the answer
rev.12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth:
this verse
his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth:
tells us, that there was a war in heaven and 1/3 of the angels were cast down to earth.
the point how many angels were there in heaven.read below
Mathew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Mathew 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
It says all the angels shall come with Christ .
Read this very important verse
Revelation 8:1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
The silence here means the heaven will be empty when all the angels will come to take the saints home.
Therefore the bible does not gives us the figure of total angels but it tell us the quantity of the fallen angels.
That could be 1/3 rd of 1 billion or 1 trillion etc.
Thank you.

Satan is still an Angel!
so the same number before and after!
If you ask how many fallen angels are there, the count is 1/3 of all!
