armed robbery is worse, with a gun, knife, etc. (you can kill someone) and aggravated robbery is just as bad because it is still robbery just without arms.

in most states,aggravated robbery and armed robbery mean the same thing.
robbery (theft offense to a person w/physical harm or attempt to cause physical harm) becomes aggravated when you have a deadly weapon(gun) or cause serious physical harm to other person while committing the robbery. In all states it is very serious crime (felony) and usually you will do several years in prison.

no they're different. armed robbery is when someone robbing with weapons, and aggravated robbery is with an assult intended.

armed robbery is a offense committed with the use of a weopon where there were no injuries ...aggraveted is robberry committed with injuries ...hope this helps you
