The best you can do is the Virgin Mary on a grilled cheese sandwich.

Whatever happened to seas being parted and people being raised from the dead? How no one is around to heal lepers anymore? When was the last time you came across a talking donkey who told you to bow before the angel of the lord?

Anything that people try and pass off as miracles these days can easily be explained as natural phenomenon or cult mentality. Is that any different from the good ol' days?

Because they didn't happen back then either.
Back when people were not educated, and were very superstitious, anything unusual that happened was a "miracle of god."
Even today, when someone falls of a roof and lands on his head, and isn't paralyzed, people say "Smeone was looking out for him." or "It's a miracle." It is closer to " luck," I think. Is luck a god? I don't think so.
Even today, when people have grown up knowing about DNA and space travel and comas and such, there are Elvis sightings, and "miracles" attributed to him. It is amazing.

You would not know a miracle if you saw it. There are miracles now they are judt not big miracles. They are the healing of people with cancer or other serious illnesses andd the like. Today and these days are the age of faith not major miracles. But just wait Christ is coming back and then you will see. Hopefully by then you will have a change of heart and not be so sinical of the one and only Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ our Saviour.

Most miracles in the bible are unhistorical or mythical, while the rest can be explained as natural phenomena or the psychology of cult mentality or mass hallucination.

Since they never happened in the first place, how could they happen today? All that miracle talk is just that - talk - morality tales to scare people into living a good life.

Miracles happen all around you, everyday, but you are too blind to see. There is no reason for God to part a sea or make donkeys talk because he has already "shown" Himself to the world and we have forsaken Him. Open your heart and you will be a witness to God's work.

Actually, the best I can do is the woman in my church who had a huge tumor in her head that was causing headaches. She woke up the morning when she was going to have it surgically removed without a headache for the first time in a long time. She went into the doctor's. They xrayed her to verify where it was. they couldn't find the tumor!

Ye of little faith, open your eyes and look around: The trees, the animals, the people! God created it all!

That would be because the bible is a load of **** that needs to be burned =D

Theres nothing real about the bible. It was written by a bunch of dudes prolly on some sort of ancient drug who had voices talking to them but it certainly wasn't a "god" =)

Because man is so corrupt.Think about it.What something did happen in modern days.Would you believe it?A lot of times god worked with us physically and we saw the burning bush,Noah's ark, etc. But because Jesus canme and gave us the gift of the holyghost we no longer have to make sacrifices and be accused of insanity.God now can live inside of us.So now there is no point in sacrificing lambs and rams.Jesus was our sacrifice.

The bible is a collection of metaphors and allegories. To take them literally is to completely miss the point.

Because God realized that his cheap magic tricks were second-rate compared to the people performing in Vegas nowadays.
