If you have gas from milk then you are lactose intolerant. Most people are in the world... and that is what it is. A lot of people think it means being allergic to milk, but it really just means you are unable to properly digest it, and so if you experience gas or diarrhea in more extreme cases after drinking milk, then you are lactose intolerant. Just drink lactaid milk or take lactaid pills before drinking milk. You'll see the problem go away.

Switch to acidophilus (sp?)...it's for lactose intolerant people...or I do believe there are over-the-counter products that can help. Do some research online for "lactose intolerance" and see what you find.
