In court, that would definitely be described as rape. But the real question is, did it bother you. If it did and you feel hurt, upset and violated, then it was rape. If you actually enjoyed it and would welcome another opportunity to enjoy the same, then it's just playful sex. He may have thought you'd enjoy it.
