is there anything that will clean a hard drive of its DELETED material for FREE

A format or repartition won't work. You need to overwrite the deleted data with random data. I've included a link to a program called Eraser, I believe that it will overwrite deleted data, and it can also delete a file securely by overwriting it with data.

Do a disk defrag. That should move files around and overwrite any deleted files. Not aware of anything that cleans deleted files - but would not be surprised is it exist.

juss rite click on the drive u want to format nselect format

defrag your hard drive wil do the trick.

seagate tool's will do all seagate drives and some others try
