goods:
Quenches thirst
low in calories (probably none)
seems to work as a digestive helping making digestion easier
very good for indigestion
clears the palette between dinner and dessert
good to use as emergency mouth wash in the morning (gargle and it foams up sizzling a lot of the bacteria in the mouth that causes bad breath)
You can use it to remove certain stains on carpets (wine, oxidated blood, etc.)
bads:
bland
not interesting to drink
can cause uncontrollable belching
can go flat after a week if not tightly sealed
men are considered "homos" for drinking it so it creates a societal reaction
it burns going down if you swallow it too quickly

If you drink too much the Minerals come together and form rock-hard crystal that eventually explodes from a mixture of gasses that are dispersed by a Chemical im-balance in the rocks once they mix with your digestive juices. Before you know it, BOOM!

the chemical composition of different 'mineral waters' can vary tremendously. there is such thing as too much of a good thing. and you can get poisoned by an overload of heavy metals or minerals in the water.

It's clean and unpolluted and contains trace minerals that may actually be beneficial to our health. I have not heard about anything harmful - except one time there were contaminated Perrier bottles of water. But I think it's usually ok to drink it.

Just chose one with the less amount of SODIUM inside, to avoid the calcium deposits.
And in this way... water with less amount of sodium helps people that usually retain too much water.
