Could it be because i barely eat anything in the morning and durning the day?
I'm not hungry in the morning though.

Can anybody give me some motivation for losing weight?

Any tips on what i should eat?

First of all eat breakfast.

It is SO much more healthy to eat a large breakfast and then small lunch and dinner.

Eat at regularly scheduled intervals, whether or not you are hungy. Eating late at night doesn't allow for your body to properly digest during sleep; It could even inhibit deep sleep (and not getting enough sleep can also trigger growth in fat cells)

Monitor calories - as long as you burn more than you take in, you will lose weight - guaranteed.

The body needs more calories in the morning, to speed metabolism, and make the stomach not as hungry later in the day which can cause overeating. A breakfast should be at least 300 calories. Start exercising 30 minutes a day and keep calories down to 1400 a day, also drink water and herbal teas. This link has good diet/exercise info, plus it is only $12 to subscribe for a year!

You could be comfort eating or boredom eating. Do you have an exciting day and a boring evening? Comfort eating just becomes a habit. To stop your self pecking why not lay out what you plan on eating in the evening and then looking at it and thinking "Do I rweally need all this?". Then stick to what's left, but pace it.

If you drink alcohol at night that's fatal in making you eat more. It causes you to feel hungry even if you're not.

I use freshly made popcorn made with a little oil, but then no butter. I like to put paprika, chilli powder and a bit of salt on it as I like it hot and spicy. A handful of popcorn becomes a lot of snack!

It is better to eat during the day than at night. You should eat a healthy breakfast to start your metabolism going from it's sleeping state. Then have a healthy lunch in the middle of the day. Dinner should be the last time you eat because there is no point in stocking up on food then going to sleep. Your body will turn it into fat as you sleep. So try the new eating pattern. Good luck.

It is because you do not eat during the day. have 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day.
For motivation ask your parents/boyfriend/husband to give you money for new clothes if you hit a target weight, reach an agreement where they will reward you for hitting the weight.
As far as what to eat...do not eat out or eat fast food. Tons of calories in both.

Eating snacks during the day keeps the body on a steady energy pace and allows it to work more effiectly towards weight lose, lossing weight is all about eating good natural food (grapes,nuts,oranges,salad) After that its all about kickin butt, walking, jumping, hiking, dacing, whatever you think of that will burn off the energy so your body does not store in the belly :)

I would suggest trying to eat a little earlier and drink a cup of tea in the evening, that will fill you up. The first 3 days will be hard, but you have to change your eating habits. Good luck

ur just like me..im not that hungry in the morning or evening i think its because u go to sleep to late so u get hungry and then u have to eat and then wen ur not hungry anymore u finaly get sleepy and that could disrupt ur sleeping pattern..so try going to sleep earlier

AFTER MY DAUGHTER I STARTED LOSING WEIGHT ABOUT 135 LBS .I STARTED EATING LESS AT MEALS BUT MORE MEALS.I NEVER WAS ABLE TO SIT DOWN AND EAT A FULL MEAL WITH A NEW BORN BABY AND THREE OTHER CHILDREN AND I WOULD EAT A SNACK DURING THE NIGHT AND IT WOULD KEEP MY (SPELLING)METABLISM GOING THROUGH THE NIGHT AND THATS HOW I LOST SO MUCH WEIGHT.

it's a mind thing...eat a nice breakfast, light lunch, moderate dinner, and if you are still hungry eat a small snack, like yogurt or a bowl of cereal you should be fine!
