It could mean either gas cramps,or period cramps. When you have gas cramps it means you need to expel gas. What I do is I get in my bed and toot my but up in the air ....and as weird as it sounds,it works. If you're not on your period or not about to come on then these are not period cramps. How long has this been going on?If its been going on for a few weeks now then maybe you should see a doctor. If its gas you can use my method(or anti-gas pills)and stop eating high fiber foods for the time being. But lower stomache pain can be from a variety of things .So if the pain persists I strongly recommend that you see a doctor.Don't take the risk of misdiagnosing yourself.

It probably means you have a UTI. Urinary Tract Infection. If this is the case, drink lots of water and go to the bathroom as soon as you feel you might have to, even if it's just a little bit. You can't hold it at all. You need to clean out any infection that could be there. I know this works because I've done it. It will take a couple days, but you will feel better. Mine was pretty serious.. So bad that I would scream when I went pee, but I took care of it on my own by drinking the water and not holding it at all. If this isn't the case, I suggest seeing a doctor. If you are on your period, it could just be pain in the ovaries. Get some Midol. :)
