Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

Absolutely not. there is no "magic" pill. the diet industry fleeces lazy people out of billions of dollars every year because these people refuse to acknowledge the simple truth about losing weight that can be summarized in 5 words: eat less and exercise more.

Look at your question. it starts with "I can't...." there's your problem right there. You can, but not if you don't believe you can. Henry Ford said it best "Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you're right." For some reason, you think you can't and unfortunately, you're right.

Fortunately, you can change your attitude to "I can.." You probably realize you can, but just lack the self-discipline to do it.
Only you can fix that.

Losing ten pounds in a month is easy and a very attainable goal. You might not even have change the way you eat although it would certainly be easier if you did.

Try this. for the next 21 days (it takes as little as 21 days to form a new habit) do some cardiovascular exercise for 20 - 30 minutes at least 3 times per week whether that's walking, running, climbing stairs or whatever. And while you're watching TV, pick one 30 minute show. there will be 3 or 4 commercial breaks during that show. at each commercial break do 25 push-ups. that'll be 100 pushups each day or 500 per week (go ahead and take the weekends off)

don't weigh yourself every day. weigh yourself once per week, preferably the same day and watch the pounds come off.

if you want to lose more weight faster, change your eating habits. drink more water and drink less caffeinated and sugary beverages. more fruits and vegetables and less junk food.

it's that simple. but you have to really want to lose 10 pounds and have the self-discipline to make a few minor adjustments to your lifestyle. http://www.fastfitnesstips.com

Ten pounds in a month is doable, but you unless you exercise and diet you'll likely gain it right back. Losing 1-2 pounds a week by changing your lifestyle (to include more exercise and eating right) is the way to go. Supplements are just that - something to HELP you, not something to replace a good diet and exercise. Magazines like Self, Women's Health, Shape, and - a little more hard core - Oxygen - are good places to find ways to stay healthy. Don't resort to crash diets - they teach your body how to GAIN and STORE fat rather than keep it off. Find an exercise activity you like to do - yoga, running, bicycling, walking, an aerobics class - and stick with it. Even better, find someone who would enjoy doing it with you. It will keep you both motivated.

It's not the weight you should be worried about, but the amount of FAT your body has. If you eat sensibly and do regular aerobics, your body will burn the fat and put on bone density and muscle BUT your weight may stay the same. Your body will appear much more trim, but your weight my not change.

There is no pill that will replace hard work in the gym, or anywhere else. We have fallen into that trap where anything can be had by popping a pill.

No magic weight loss pills. Cut back calories, exercise more and drink plenty of water. Eat smaller meals and try to not eat past 8 at night so that your body has time to digest the food before you go to sleep so that you can sleep soundly. The average weight loss for dieters is 2 pounds per week.

hard work and diet. Don't fall into the "magic pill" idea. There are things to help. But the weight loss won't be permanent if you do it by a magic pill or binge diet.

If you want to loose weight, untie it.

Loose or loosen = untie or unbind
Lose = misplace, reduce

Diet and exercise (and patience) are the only true methods. After all, you didn't gain the weight all in one month, did you? Avoid dangerous gimmicks and chemicals.

my ex looked like a crack head after using i think it was xenedrine, but that's when it had the lethal ephedra inside of it, they don't sell it legally with euphedra anymore (legally) I couldn't tell u if the new one without it works or not, just some info for you to help

also she was exercising everyday. i wouldn't suggest taking euphedra it can kill you by messing up your heart and I don't mean long term, good luck! try eater slower and having smaller meal portions this will work for some
