Like at a wedding of a best friend or during any other emotionally touching moment. Are we past the men don't cry thing?

Hello Woody!! first of all, I want to thank you for being the first to answer my question....ya know when I asked for a friend. And secondly, to answer your question, I love a man who is not afraid to cry! It just shows me that a man is in touch with his inner emotions and is sensitive. Just imagine seeing the birth of your first child! And by the way, I can't IM you I am at school, but you can e-mail me plzzzz if you'd like!!!!!

I think it's a very strong emotionally grounded man that at a touching moment can let his emotions show. But on the other side a man that cries at the drop of a hat, well not so comfy with one of them. So for me there a line there. But a big , tough man crying at a wedding or birth of a long awaited baby or special event of the like, yeah that makes me gooey.

Nothing wrong with it....Showing emotion is natural....No one, including men, should keep any emotion bottled up...when we are happy we laugh, when we are sad, we should cry, and when you feel extreme joy, sometimes tears are shed. Sure, society says men should be strong, but, what gives women the privilage to allow their emotions to show, while men "shouldn't". When a man holds his child for the first time, why shouldn't he cry,,,,when the woman he wants to spend his life with looks him in the eyes and vows to love him forever, why shouldn't he shed a tear...hell, men aren't made of stone!!!

hi woody! i think theres nothing wrong with a man who cries. to me, its a sign that you are a mature guy who is in touch with his feelings. god knows it can only be a good thing that the old "men don't cry" mantra is dead and buried. it is actually very masculine of you to admit to this. we all need a good cry now and then. let me know when you have the urge to cry again,and i,ll come 'round with the tissues!

I think it's alrught for a man to cry. It shows that they actually do care about things. But, I don't care for men who become blubbering idiots who wail. That just p****s me off!!!

Its sexy I had a baby with one and he was wonderful We were supposed to get married but he passed on. I love him so much still. Its been 2yrs.
