it just stayz to yo natural color hair. WHY??? HELP ME PLEASE!!!! What should I do, cuz I want my hair color 2 be a light reddish brown color.

Keep the color in for a lil while longer. But try the stylist, she may be able to get to your desired color if you can't.

If you're coloring at home, keep the color on for an extra five minutes, and don't use shampoo the day you're dying your hair. Results may be a little intense at first, but it'll take slower to fade. If you're going to get it done at a salon, tell the person who dyes your hair, and he/she should be able to take care of it.

if your hair is really dark to begin with, some hair dyes might not work. make sure you buy the kind that will work on darker hair. it should say in the box..like what natural color the dye is for. if you want a certain color and it doesnt work well with darker hair, you might need to go to a salon and have them bleach your hair first

You can’t go by the picture on the front of the box. Especially if you have dark hair it is really hard to get it how you want. I would go to a professional instead of trying to do it yourself. Seriously you can trust those little boxes of hair color.

You'll have to bleach it...that's the only way it'll turn into a lighter color.
