Very easy. Go to places where pretty girls- model type- go, like the disco or elsewhere, and start talking to them.
Before u get close, understand this. She's pretty and she knows that. She's sick of asswipers. She wants a special man. Someone who doest beg to go out. Dont get close and say: hey babe your' re hot, or Do u wanna dance, or can i buy u a drink? she has heard that too many times. tell something like: my friend and i were discussing about ??? and we want a female opinion. Be funny but also cocky. She doesnt want a wuss. Dont tell her "I like your hair/nose/eyes/dress". But u can say something like: That dress is very in isnt it. Ive seen a couple of girls wearing one like that. Or something like Those shoes are nice but im not sure they match with the dress.
Act like that and you shell be eating of your hand soon.
a final thing, after all the talkin dont go out without her phone number. If she says that she'll call u or that his phone is broke, Shes testing you. tell her: Yeah right, nice one. What dont you give me your phone number and tell me another funny story. (in a funny way). Shell get impressed.

I have seen many hot looking women with guys that I thought weren't deserving of there attention. But it has nothing to do with that. It's all about self confidence, women love it. Learn to accept yourself for who you are, and be more assertive.
