I take it that you mean that the ball from a roll on bottle is missing. There really is no better advice than to go to the doctor's and get it out. Your body does not like foreign objects intruding in it, and you could get rather sick if it stays up there and begins to decompose (for lack of better words).
Doctors are discreet, and hey! At least it isn't a tampon and applicator stuck up there.
And invest in a sex toy or use your fingers next time to avoid any further embarrassment.

Stupid, that's all I can say, sorry!
You need to go to the sexual health clinic or A&E and have some-one remove it, it will NOT work it's way out of it's own accord!! If left in for more than 24hrs your body's immune system will start to attack it, as it is a foreign body inside your body!! You will become ill and possibly infertile.
Next time you're feeling horny use something that has no detatchable parts (i.e cucumber etc) or buy a vibrator.

I'm sorry to hear about this accident, but these things happen. Have you tried standing up or squatting and then trying to get at the cap that way? Maybe just positioning yourself might make the cap move down lower within reach. You might need to use some lubrication like Vaseline to get at it.

Use the handle of a hairbrush next time---sheeesh---as far as the vacuum goes--that's sounds dangerous and so UNCLEAN. I would either insert the tip of a douche and feel around and try to get it out--or go to the Emergency room and specifically ask for a female doctor.

what is a roll on bottle? you might have to see a doctor. I would relax in a hot bath maybe relaxing will loosen things up and it will come out. Or try pushing real hard, or put some lubrication up their, if you cant reatch it maybe use twezers to grab it. What ever it is.
