The only true God is male. He is the One and only God. and He is a He. He is the Father. Isaiah 22:14 But the LORD of hosts revealed "Himself" to me, "Surely this iniquity shall not be forgiven you Until you die," says the Lord GOD of hosts.

God always reveals Himself as male.
One should also keep in mind that He created gender, and set in gender certain purposes, just as He is the source of family, wherein exits authority and submissiveness. God is the father, and Christ, His Son, is submissive to Him, just as He was at the cross. Furthermore, the Holy Spirit, is submissive to Christ, as Christ promised the Spirit as a "comforter" to follow after He ascended.
God structured gender to be similar to Christ's relationship with His church (christians). Christ is the male, or bridegroom. The church is the female, or bride. So, as Christ loved the church and gave Himself for it, so men are to love their wives, and give themselves for them. The church is to submit to Christ and honor Him. So, the wife should submit and honor her husband.
Sounds old-fashioned, doesn't it? Is God old-fashioned or timeless?

The Flying Spaghetti Monster is A-sexual. We refer to him in masculine terms to denote his fatherly love. Cheers, ramen
