I would say you sound like a teenager, but you might want to talk to someone to make sure that's all it is.

hi,
well i`m just like u... depressing music makes me happy... and i get angry about many things and sometimes i cannot control my reactions... well u are not truly depressed, your state of mind is just different from other people... how angry do u get?? do u shout or throw things ?? well u might have a nervous problem, that is what i have but to be sure go to a psychologist. he can help u better than anyone and can tell u if you really do have a problem and can put u on medication if it will help... or u could just try to understand why depressing music makes u happy, or when is it that u get the urge to listen to music. things like that and what do u think about when u are listening to music.... and if u get angry too much, try to control yourself, think of calm things or take up and activity where u can remove all your anger, and stress... if it still doenst work then u could go to a doctor...

take care...

Depression has its episodes classified as "mania" when a person feels good about things related to the depression. I think the best thing is to go to a counselor. Do not hold all the bad feelings inside, it will only get worse. Music does help heal the mind. Try talking to a friend if you do not want counseling.

With this information, no.
Many people listen to depressing music and feel better or feel fine. I am one of them as are many people I know, or just many people who like metal or depressing love ballads..

As for being angry when bad things happen, and enjoying it...I dont know if that's depression, sounds more like a personality disorder than a emotional disorder...

Try talking about this to your school counsellor if you have one (since it's summer maybe not) or telling someone who could better assist you like your parents or an older relative you feel closer too...Then maybe you could talk to your doctor...but whatever you do, make sure to see a psychologist first, because many doctors/psychiatrists are just going to medicate you, and that could lead to worse things.

Some of the greatest poems, stories have been written from such feelings. These days its abnormal to get upset or depresssed about anything. We all have emotional ups and downs, ways of venting--do what makes you feel good -just dont impose it on others..........

I think its perfectly normal to have depression or anger. Its when it causes pain and suffering to others that its a problem.

I would say you need to focus on positive things instead of dwelling on negative ones. The best way to do this is to surround yourself with other people who are positive, and try to realize that no matter how bad you think you have it, there is always someone worse off than you.

i'd say you are most happy when unhappy...i tend to be that way...that is why i like Blugrass. BUT it is not a good way to be and asking Jesus into your heart and let HIm take control when you have feelings you can't control on your own is the best way to go. It truly is.

sounds like it. Yes.

But the important question is if you feel bad without any reason.

I would say if you have to ask, you need to talk to a counselor. Sooner rather than later would be good.
