You obviously have no respect for your friends point of view. Maybe you are wrong. If your friend wants to find religion he will.
If you were born in Iran you would probably be trying to convince your friend to become Muslim right now, in India - Hinduism and so on.
If there is a god let him do the work. After all he can't judge you if he never made the effort in the first place. Who do you believe when everyone feels so strongly about there own experience.

So. You believe in God. Big Deal. ? Demons do also.
You went to church at 1 time and now don't. God, has done so much for you in your life?. When you have violated a Basic spiritual principal? You expect me to believe this? Kewl.
How can you get a person to believe in God, when you don't believe in Him enough to even worship Him in church?
Your friend See's NO, none, zilch, faith and fellowship from you to God, through assembling yourself with other believers.
Good Luck. I hope your a good sales person.
Read the Book of Hebrews, on hindered prayer.

Take things slowly. Let your friend decided where he wants to go. If he doesn't like the idea of God and Church, then let him go the way he wants. It's hard, I know, but you must be willing, as a Christian, to accept changes such as this. Not everyone you meet will believe the same things as you. You cannot "make" your friend go, you must wait, be patient, and maybe sit down and chat with him about it. Don't try to convince him of it, but discuss with him the positive things of your religion, and how it compares with his life. Then you must ask him, after doing this, if he wants to at least try to go to church, and at least try Christianity. If he agrees, take him where you will, and remember to show positive things. Ease him into it. Tell him it is a good experience for his future to know about different religions. Again, if he agrees thus far, teach him everything, show him your rules, your religion. Forge whatever you can to bring him closer to Christianity, and eventually, he may just come to church every day as a true Christian. Remember to have patience with this. It takes time. LOTS of time.

You just have to teach him the same way as you were taught, and help him see and believe that there is something better than mankind, tell him about the promised land set aside for believers and the thousand years of peace for the meek and righteous. Don't try to scare him with the fire and brimstone side of things though as I beleive people shouldn't be frightened into belief, it should come from choice.

First of all what you just said made absolutely no sense. Second what is your question? Third, you cannot force your beliefs onto someone else. If your friend doesn't believe in God then that is their right. Just because you do doesn't mean everyone else has to. Who made you God?

Keep showing by example of your life that God is rl and for all of us who believe. Read the Bible and hopefully they will understand even more. Remember DO NOT push but gently guide. May God be with you and help your friends.

Tell your friend what God has meant to you and all the gifts He has bestowed upon you. Try to talk to your friend not "preach" at him. You can only try and hopefully he will see what he has been missing in his life and want to learn more. Psalms is a good place to start. Nothing like praising God in song.

just tell him if he ever has any questions and wants to learn more about God / Jesus, just tell him you will be able to help him answer any of his questions. you shouldn't try to force him to believe, if he wants to, he will in his own sweet time.
