No food is going to make you lactate more than any other food. You just need to worry about eating a healthy diet and drinking your daily amount of fluids to provide proper nutrition to you and your baby. If you want to produce a bigger milk supply, pump or nurse more frequently. Your breastmilk production works on a supply and demand basis. The more stimulation your breasts get through pumping/nursing, the more milk your body will produce.

Actually, liquids are more important. Food & drink high in calcium, as a baby get all it's bones from mom. Just make sure she has a balanced diet. No dieting, or mass amounts of junk food.
Drink milk, eat cheeses, to keep her own calcium up.
Give in to most cravings still...they tell you what you are low on.
I must have needed calcium...I drank almost 3 gallons of milk a week while pregnant & lactating! I didn't gain too much weight & lost most of it while nursing.

lot of water, fruits, veggies, and whole grains! Try and stay away from high fat foods, spicy food, and gas producing foods like broccoli. Also stay away from anything that has caffeine in it.
