Although black cows eat green grass and produce white milk, why not white cows eating black grass and........?

producing green milk? Wouldn't that be more fun?

If the grass is black, it is probubly covered with black slime mold, which means it is poisonous. That could produce a greenish milk from the cow but I think I will stick with the white milk. Thanks anyway.
