Whats better than a garden fresh slice tomato, seasoned with fresh garden herbs. Toast some grain bread, slice up a tomato, I grow yellow and red, season w/ s&p and some basil and oregano. Pour a little extra virgin olive oil over, and chill for ten minutes. This is also good with fresh mozzerella and red onion.

Use Lawash bread (it's a flat bread....in case you're not familiar). Apply a nice thick layer of hommous, sprinkle sunflower seeds. Add leaf lettuce, tomato, add some feta cheese (or soy feta if you're vegan). Roll it up with a dash of vinaigrette dressing and VOILA. Yummy!

soy cheese - swiss flavor is great!
alfalfa sprouts
avacado slices
tomatoe slices
onion slices

Spread the mayo on the bread, layer cheese, and veggies....enjoy! Yummy...can also add veggie turkey or bacon to it.
