Technically 6 inches is above average for men, despite the delusions most have to the contrary. If it looks small, you either need to lose weight or you can shave the pubic hair as that gives the illusion of the manhood being bigger.

You're on the good side of average, so don't piss people off by thinking that you're small. I've never complained and am grateful as hell to be anywhere above 6 inches, even out of a cold pool.
So shut up, be thankful, and don't try to "enlarge" it, or you might damage something!

I think that they have surgery for something like that. Six inches is about average, though. Why would you want to change it?
If a girl ever told you it's small, I would assume that she's as loose as a eighteenth century screen door.
