santa claus/easter bunny/ tooth fairy depends on ur age...and for god... why would u ask that question? There are people in faith that probably have an iq double of yours. It has nothing to do with intelligence.

Stupidity can be dangerous, and so can religion.
Just look at what can happen when belief in, say, Santa Claus, gets out of hand.
Examples:
a. The Santa Claus Cult (SCC, established 2007) sets up a place of worship and peacefully conducts services.
RATING: Not offensive.
b. SCC members approach me in the street and try to convince me to sign up, asking me if 'I've found Santa yet.'
RATING: Not offensive. Mildly irritating.
c. SCC members (or Hindus, or Muslims, or any other religion - take your pick) lose their rational objectivity and say that those outside the SCC are not worshipping THE ONE TRUE GOD.
RATING: Ominous.
d. Members of organised religions kill, burn, slaughter alive, rape, torture, drive airplanes into tall buildings, kick anybody with a turban and a dark skin, disrupt Friday Mosque prayers with Molotov cocktails, verbally harass on trains, loot each others' property, come to Yahoo Answers and spill bucket-loads of hate on each other.
(And this is just to name a few).
RATING: Downright dangerous.
Mr Claus urgently needs to step in, sort the SCC out, and make sure the rating stays at 'Not Offensive.'
So, where is he?
Is the suffering that's been inflicted in his name really worth it?

Santa Claus is based on a REAL person Saint Nicholas. How dumb are you to deny your creator? Life is very short, and to continue to deny God, it only will make your life much shorter and full of misery and unhappiness. God is love.

Stupidity has nothing to do with it, basic human needs are what is in question. The better question would be, how needy, or what kinds of needs would I have to be in order to believe? We can work from there. Calling them stupid, says more about you, than it does them.
