A black or navy blue two piece suit and a tie that is either red or has some red in it with a pair of black dress shoes with black or navy blue socks. Also the belt should be black not brown. The shirt is the standard white color.

seriously, this is based on the profession you choose to be in,
and while there is some latitude, one will dress as most folks
in that particular profession do....

no flashy colors, always have clothes clean and pressed, never wear a skirt that is too short (women) if wearing a skirt wear hose (as uncomfortable as they are) shoes should be clean and shined
