You may not know it yourself but alot of the things you describe sound like depression! Talk to your doctor about things feelings! They may suggest some meds or counseling! Which I have found very helpful! (The counseling I don't take meds!!) Or talk to some of your girlfriends and see if they understand and can help cheer you up! Depression is serious and really does require medical treatment!!

SIGNS OF DEPRESSION
Persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" mood
Feelings of hopelessness, pessimism
Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness
Loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities that were once enjoyed, including sex
Decreased energy, fatigue, being "slowed down"
Difficulty concentrating, remembering, making decisions
Insomnia, early-morning awakening, or oversleeping
Appetite and/or weight loss or overeating and weight gain
Thoughts of death or suicide; suicide attempts
Restlessness, irritability
Persistent physical symptoms that do not respond to treatment, such as headaches, digestive disorders, and chronic pain

After reading the symptoms, if you think you are suffering from depression it would be best to make an appointment with a mental health professional. There are treatments, many medications that could help you feel better. Also a simpler way to feel more upbeat is to get plenty of sunlight, it is proven that sunlight aids in happiness! Get out and do something, have a dinner with friends, or parents. have a girl's night out with your friends. Remember you are not alone in this, talk to someone!

try getting up early in the mornig and going for a walk or sit outside with a cup of coffee. I sounds like you are not getting enough sun light and this makes people depressed and feeling blah!

If you can't find a reasonable answer as to why you'd be having these feelings it's likely a socialization disorder like Depression or Anxiety. You should see a psychologist about this, even if you seem to get over it.

You're, for lack of a better word, lazy. Get off the computer, get a job, and a real "life" will soon follow. You see, human beings are creatures of habit. That's all your problem is at the moment.

It sounds like you are suffering from depression, or at least the early stages of it. Force yourself to get out of the house. Cancel your internet or do whatever you have to do to be active.
