Get her fixed immediately! As soon as you can catch her, take her to the vet. When she is fixed, she won't run off so frequently and she will be inclined to stay close to the house.

Hope this helps!

One of the best techniques I have heard of is to have another person on the outside of the door with a coffee or soda can that has loose change in it. When the door is opened the outside person shakes the can to make as much noise as possible. That person should not be directly visible to the cat. Standing a little to the side of the door.

Cats HATE loud noises. Spray bottles can be used for this too and I think the noise would be more effective. Of course, if she is in heat she will not be deterred by anything so it is important that she be spayed as soon as possible.

GET HER FIXED, she will stop trying to run away then, or it will reduce that urge. You can lock her up in a bathroom with food/water/litterbox while you are away for work or school, but over a longer period of time I don't know what to say except that you really need to get her fixed.

well the reason why she's escaping is because she's probably in heat. If you get her fixed, she wont feel the need to run out and mass procreate.
When you do get her fixed, and she still feels the need to go out, train her not to, similar as potty training.
Though she shouldn't run out after being fixed.

Well you should have gotten her fixed sooner- now this behavior is in her nature due to the harmones. I doubt you're going to be able to break her of this now. Good luck

Get her fixed. Oh... did someone already say that? Well, It would be the thing to do. Perhaps a child safety gate until she realizes it is not so easy anymore? I dunno- just made that up, butit sounds good.
